CITY PLANTS – TOKYO
The exhibition blends traditional Japanese aesthetics with contemporary design and is curated by KNS Creative Director David Glaettli and MAS Design Director Wataru Kumano. The space incorporates cultural elements like tatami mats and noren curtains, KNS sofas with special upholstery, and newly unveiled MAS prototypes.
Adding to the atmosphere is “City Plants,” a video installation by photographers Shinji Otani and Taisuke Koyama (TOKYO PHOTOGRAPHIC RESEARCH). The piece captures quiet moments where urban plants and everyday life intersect, inviting visitors to reflect on the delicate relationship between nature and city living.
