The logistics industry used to have a negative image—being tough, dirty, and dangerous.
But when I actually visited a site, I was surprised to find it clean, bright, and highly systematized.
Standing in front of the vast grounds and facilities, I felt almost as if I had become miniature in size.
For this project, I intentionally used a familiar device: the smartphone.
Even without special equipment, changing your perspective, ideas, or how you use tools can greatly expand the possibilities of expression.
I hope this work communicates that message.

GC magazine is a collective of about 15 young artists in their early 20s. As a symbol of Tokyo’s metabolism, the members are constantly changing, and in response, GC magazine continues to publish a monthly magazine with a dramatically different aspect each time.
