MURATA KEI
Call me what you like
I am always fascinated by the different perspectives seen by the left and right eye.
We are accustomed to having two viewpoints with different eyesight and different angles integrated into a single field of vision.
However, when we alternate blinking, we can easily find enjoyment in the displacement. I,as the right eye, as the left eye.
Thinking about how they might mesh in a horse-like body where the left and right eyes see very differently.
Exploring such visual connections, I consider how I can connect and leap between different scales, landscapes, and perspectives through my work.
