YAU WALL #01

YAU WALL is a program by Yurakucho Art Urbanism (YAU) that transforms various locations throughout the city into exhibition walls, displaying works by artists and sharing their perspectives widely with the people of the town.
For its inaugural edition, we present “Deep Peeling” by the French artist Jean-Vincent Simonet, who stayed at YAU STUDIO in September 2025.
Through photography taken around Yurakucho Station and experimental production carried out in the studio, Simonet created a series of works that reveal a unique vision of this city. We invite you to experience the urban landscape as depicted through the artist’s eyes.
